On 18 August 2020, Finansa sold 89,024 sq.m. of the sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and buildings in the Bangkok Free Trade Zone (“BFTZ”) to the Prospect Logistics and Industrial Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“PROSPECT”) for a total consideration of Bt1,400 mn.
The PROSPECT is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (Symbol: PROSPECT) on August 20, 2020
Finansa has been investing Bt563 mn in the PROSPECT, equivalent to a 23% of all trust units.
Investment Assets :
1. Sub-leasehold rights of parts of land and buildings in the BFTZ, located on Bangna-Trad Road km.23 which has 63 buildings (185 units).
2. The ownership over the land, factory and office building in the X44 BANGNA KM.18, located on Bangna-Trad Road km.18 which have 1 Built-to-suit building (1 unit)
Leasable area: Approximately 222,203.0 sq.m. (Free Zone 134,417.0 sq.m. and General Zone 87,786.0 sq.m.
